Empowering women to say “yes” to golf

Iron Lady Golf caters to women at all skill levels, from beginners who've never swung a club, to seasoned players. Our aim is to build an inclusive community where everyone feels empowered to say yes to golf.

Despite 80% of women typically declining an invitation to play golf, we strive to turn this statistic around, bridging the gender gap in a traditionally male-dominated sport. With our corporate and group events, women have the opportunity to enhance their networking, bonding, and business growth opportunities.

Our growing community includes women from high-profile banks, insurance companies, consulting firms, major brands, telecommunications, and more. Not only do we offer programs in the GTA, Collingwood, Muskoka, Golden Horseshoe and online, but we're also expanding our reach across Canada and the US, eager to partner with corporations interested in empowering more women in the workforce through golf.

TWO-HOUR ROTATING GOLF CLINIC

Our 2-hour clinic offers an immersive golf learning experience that covers all the basics.

Overview:

Participants rotate between three stations: putting, chipping, and the driving range.

What you get:

  • Hands on instruction from one of our Iron Lady Coaches

  • Rotating station learning lessons in putting, chipping, and driving

  • A digital take-home tips sheet

  • Rental golf clubs (if needed)

  • Select Membership to Iron Lady's community portal

FULL DAY PROGRAM

This unique offering blends theory and practice, and is perfect for applying golf knowledge on the course.

Overview:

Start with a two-hour golf lesson, followed by playing 9 holes on the course under expert guidance.

What you get:

  • 2 hour morning warm up lesson with your coach

  • 9 holes of golf on course with a coach helping you navigate the course and different shots

  • A digital take-home tip sheet

  • Access to exclusive Iron Lady events

  • Additional coaching during on-course play (additional cost)

  • Optional add on lunch/apres golf for participants

CORPORATE LEAGUES

Our offering provides all the tools needed to create multi-week leagues within your company.

Overview:

We facilitate the entire process, from liaising with golf courses to organizing social and games nights.

What you get:

  • Assistance in setting up and running company leagues

  • Tips nights from an Iron Lady Coach or local Pro

  • Social and games nights

  • Customized league offerings

ONLINE LEARNING

A customizable 1 or 2-hour online class that provides a solid foundation in golf.

Overview:

Learn golf basics, rules, club types, and etiquette, and discover how to get more involved in the golf community.

What you get:

  • Tailored online class with one of our top Iron Lady Coaches

  • Comprehensive understanding of golf rules, how to show up to a game with confidence and types of clubs and events

  • Basic access to our extensive online resources for continued learning (additional cost for more access)

  • Option to record the session for future reference 

  • In-home practice guidance using household items

  • Membership to Basic Level of Iron Lady Golf's community portal (see below)

  • Invites to Iron Lady events

CUSTOM
